Website & hosting
Our website is developed with software from WooCommerce and we make us of web hosting from Vimexx. Personal data that you provide us with for our services are shared with these parties. Vimexx has access to your personal data to provide us with (technical) support. They will never make use of your personal data for other intentions. Vimexx is, based on our agreement, obliged to take suitable security measures. These security measures consist of the implementation of an SSL encryption and a firm password policy. To prevent data loss, backups are made periodically.
General goal of processing
Data is only handed to third parties if this is mandatory for providing our services. These parties consist of our suppliers, logistic partners, payment providers, IT service providers and other business units within the Sensor Group (Sensor Beheer BV). All parties that we cooperate with have to operate in line with the rules that are stated as in the GDPR privacy law. Data that is collected automatically by our website is processed with the aim of improving our service. This data (your IP address, web browser and operating system for example) does not consist of personal data.
Cooperating with fiscal or criminal investigation
In occurring events Sensor Partners can be brought to legal obligation to share your personal data to cooperate with official fiscal or criminal investigation. In such case we are obliged to share your data. We will, however, resist this within the frameworks that the law provides us with.
We hold on to your data as long as you are a client of us. This means that we preserve your customer profile until we are let known that you do no longer want to make use of our services. If we are informed about the discontinuation of your use of our services we will also consider this as a request for the right to be forgotten. Based on administrative obligations that are in effect we have to preserve invoices with your personal data for as long as these terms are in effect. Employees, however, no longer have access to your customer profile and documents that are sent to you as a result of your order.

Below here we list which rights these are and how to appeal to these. Principally, we only send transcripts or copies of your data to your mail addresses that are known to us. In the case of wanting to receive this data through post or a different email address, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep an administration of completed requests, when the right to be forgotten is issued we will administrate anonymous data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in the readable data categorization as handled within our systems. You always have the right to present a complaint to the authority on personal data if you suspect that we use your personal data in an incorrect manner.

You can present a request with this purpose to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a reaction to your request within 30 days. If your request is accepted we will send a confirmation of the changed information to the email address that is known to us.

In the event of certain cases you have the right to complain against the processing of your personal data by or for Sensor Partners. If you make a complaint we will immediately stop the processing of information until your complaint is resolved. If your complaint is justified we will make transcripts and copies of your collected data accessible to you and permanently stop processing afterwards. Moreover, you have the right to not be subjected to automated and individual decision making or profiling. We do not process your personal data in such a way that this right is applicable.
