Color, contrast & gloss rate sensors

Color Sensors

Color Sensors

Color sensors measure the colour of the surface of an object and compare it with a teached value. If the detected color complies within a set threshold a digital output is activated.
L*a*b* Color sensors

L*a*b* Color sensors

The –MSM types are the measuring color sensors of the SPECTRO-3 series. These types allow L*a*b* , L*u*v*, x,y,Y, X,Y,Z and L*C*h* color measurement.
Contrast sensors

Contrast sensors

In optical sensor technology contrast means the brightness difference of two objects. The brightness value is divided into several stages (grey values). As a rule the grey value is determined over the complete visible range.
Gloss rate sensors

Gloss rate sensors

The sensors of RLS-GD series are used for online measurement of gloss degree. The simultaneous measurement of the object from two different directions (direct reflection and diffuse reflection) allows intensity-independent evaluation.
